Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter Information:
This promotion is managed by Tall Poppy Management, ABN (52 709 418 546) (“Promoter”).
2. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
Entry is free (excluding internet access costs) and open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older.
4. Residency Requirement:
This promotion is open worldwide.
5. Promotion Period:
Entries will be accepted from 9:00 PM AEST on 18 August 2026 until 11:59 PM AEST on 27 August 2026.
6. How to Enter:
Participants can enter by:
Pre-saving Kevin Silvester’s song “STEP BY STEP (DAD)” and
Sending a screenshot confirming their pre-save via DM to @kevinsilvesterhq on Instagram.
7. Game of Chance:
The winner will be selected at random. This promotion is purely a game of chance.
8. Draw Details:
The random draw will take place on 28 August 2026. The draw will not be open to the public.
9. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email by 5:00 PM AEST on 31 August 2026.
The winner must respond within two (2) business days of being contacted to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit the prize.
The winner will be announced publicly at 8:00 PM AEST on 1 September 2026.
If the initial winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, a second chance draw will take place on 4 September 2026.

11. Total Prize Value:
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $170, inclusive of GST.
12. Delivery:
The prize will be delivered via Australia Post to the winner’s nominated Australian or international postal address.
Shipping costs will be covered by the Promoter.
13. Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions unless otherwise specified.
These terms do not limit any rights the winner or entrant may have under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Disputes and Final Decision:
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any disputes or unforeseen issues relating to the promotion as they see fit, subject to applicable Australian law.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the promotion are final, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Technical Issues:
The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted due to internet, telecommunications or technical issues. Automated entries, fraudulent entries or entries deemed to be spam may be disqualified.
16. Winner Disclosure:
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their public Instagram handle being published in connection with the promotion and winner announcement.
17. Social Media Platforms:
By entering, participants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and release Instagram from any liability relating to the promotion.
